I don’t know about you guys but whenever I pick out books for my kids or even someone else’s, it’s the hardest thing! I look for books that are age/developmentally-appropriate, proven & well-liked and will stand the test if time. Tell me I’m not the only one out there that thinks about this stuff! I still have classics from when I was a child that are great! My son has always loved being read to so you can imagine how many books we have here, new and old. Today, I’m sharing examples of our most-favorite books broken down by age with a little description on the types of books to reach for at that age.
There are so many great books out there and I can’t possibly list them all. If you have suggestions to add to the list, drop them in the comments!
